Driven by a passion for social change through sports, Sophie founded SB Solutions with the vision of creating a community that fosters balance, wellness, and empowerment.
Sophie leads the team with dedication and oversees the day-to-day operations of SB Solutions. Her background in sports management ensures the seamless execution of programs, providing our community with an enriching and inclusive experience.
Ndiate Chaya Ndiaye
Chief Digital Officer
Chaya joined SB Solutions at its inception with the objective of providing sports management expertise to African countries. With a strong heritage of African Activists, she believes in sports as social tool for development and fight for women and children’s rights. Championing the cause of empowering women, Chaya spearheads initiatives that break barriers and celebrate the achievements of women in sports and beyond. Her commitment to inclusivity drives positive change within our community.
